1.1 GreenCore RecycleHub provides waste management and recycling solutions, including collection, sorting, and recycling of eligible materials.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our services.
2.2 By engaging our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Users must ensure that materials provided for recycling are clean, non-hazardous, and meet the specifications provided by GreenCore RecycleHub.
3.2 GreenCore RecycleHub does not accept hazardous or related waste, including but not limited to:
- Hazardous or toxic waste - Medical waste - Electronic devices containing batteries or liquids
3.3 Users are responsible for the timely delivery of recyclable materials to designated collection points or ensuring proper handover to our staff during scheduled pickups.
4. Payment and Fees
4.1 Applicable service fees, if any, will be communicated clearly before engagement. Payments must be made under the terms outlined in the invoice or agreement.
4.2 Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content, branding, and materials related to GreenCore RecycleHub are the intellectual property of GreenCore RecycleHub and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
5.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our intellectual property without express written consent.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 User information will be collected, stored, and used under our Privacy Policy.
6.2 By using our services, you consent to collecting and using your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability Limitation
7.1 GreenCore RecycleHub will not be liable for any damages arising from:
- Improper use of services - User-provided materials that do not meet our guidelines - Delays or interruptions in service
7.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid, if any.
8. Termination
8.1 GreenCore RecycleHub reserves the right to terminate services for users who violate these terms and conditions.
8.2 Users may terminate their use of services by providing written notice to GreenCore RecycleHub.
9. Governing Law
9.1 The laws of the Republic of the Philippines govern these terms and conditions.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of (under construction - place).
10. Amendments
10.1 GreenCore RecycleHub reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our official communication channels and will take effect immediately upon posting.
